Our outdoor markets bring together local makers, small businesses, artisans, food vendors, food trucks, and community organizations for a fun, family-friendly shopping experience in Downtown Navarre. We carefully curate each market to provide our shoppers with a diverse selection of products while minimizing excessive duplication between vendors. Please complete your application and product information as accurately as possible so we can determine the best vendor mix for each market.
Market Day Information Market Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Vendor Check-In & Set-Up: Begins at 9:00 AM Outdoor Vendor Space: Approximately 10' × 10' Vendors must be completely set up and ready to sell by 10:00 AM and remain set up until the market ends at 3:00 PM. If you would like more than one 10' × 10' space, please select the appropriate quantity when reserving your space. Submitting an application/reservation does not guarantee acceptance or product exclusivity. If your products substantially overlap with an already accepted vendor or are not a good fit for the current market, Merchants On Main may contact you regarding your reservation. Please review the complete Market Days at Merchants Vendor Application Policy & Agreement below before submitting. You will be required to acknowledge and agree to all policies before completing your reservation.

MARKET DAYS AT MERCHANTS Vendor Application Policy & Agreement By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the following policies and requirements for Market Days at Merchants. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or a vendor space. Market Days at Merchants is a curated outdoor market. Applications are reviewed based on available space, product selection, quality, customer interest, and our goal of providing a diverse mix of vendors while limiting excessive duplication of products. If accepted, I understand and agree to the following: Standard outdoor vendor spaces are approximately 10' x 10', unless otherwise stated or approved. Vendor placement is determined solely by Merchants On Main. Specific locations are not guaranteed and may change when necessary. All products, merchandise, displays, signage, tents, tables, racks, and other items brought to the market are subject to approval. Vendors may only sell the products/categories approved with their application. Significant changes or additional product categories must receive prior approval. Merchants On Main reserves the right to limit duplicate or substantially similar products in order to maintain a diverse market. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and other equipment unless otherwise stated. All tents/canopies must be properly secured with a minimum of 40 lbs. of weight. Vendors without properly secured tents may not be permitted to set up or participate. Market Days is held rain or shine unless Merchants On Main determines conditions are unsafe or cancellation is necessary. Vendor fees are non-refundable. This includes cancellations by the vendor, inability to attend, weather conditions, or other circumstances unless Merchants On Main specifically states otherwise. Vendors must arrive during the designated check-in/setup period and be completely set up before the market opens. Vendors may not pack up or leave before the scheduled end of the market without prior approval, except in an emergency or when directed by Merchants On Main. Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, professional and family-friendly space throughout the event. Vendors are responsible for removing all merchandise, displays, trash, boxes and other materials from their space at the conclusion of the market. Vendors are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, insurance, tax documentation or other approvals required for their business or products. Food vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable health department, licensing, food safety and permitting requirements. Vendors are responsible for the safety and security of their own merchandise, equipment, displays and personal property. Merchants On Main is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise or property, or for damage caused by weather, customers, other vendors or circumstances outside of its reasonable control. Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward customers, staff, other vendors and surrounding businesses. Merchants On Main reserves the right to require the removal of merchandise, displays or signage that was not approved or that is determined to be inappropriate, unsafe or inconsistent with the market. Failure to follow Market Days policies may result in removal from the event and/or denial of participation in future Market Days without refund. Acceptance into one Market Days event does not guarantee acceptance into future events or guarantee the same vendor location. Market dates, hours, fees, layouts, requirements and policies are subject to change. Vendors will be notified of applicable changes. Merchants On Main reserves the right to accept or deny applications at its discretion based on available space, vendor/product mix, customer needs, safety considerations and the overall needs of the event.
