VENDOR EVENT RESERVATION AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING: By completing this agreement and submitting payment, you are accepting the terms of your Merchants On Main vendor reservation. Please review the entire agreement before checking the boxes and electronically signing below.
I understand that a $50.00 reservation deposit is required to secure my approved event date and time. The $50.00 deposit will be refunded after the event only if I arrive and am completely set up by my assigned time, remain present and operational for the entire assigned event time, do not begin packing or tearing down early, follow Merchants On Main event rules and staff instructions, and leave my assigned space clean and free of merchandise, equipment, trash, and debris. I understand that arriving late, leaving early, failing to attend, or failing to follow event requirements will result in forfeiture of my $50.00 reservation deposit. I understand that any equipment, utilities, food, beverages, truck/trailer space, tables, chairs, electricity, water access, or other items or services I purchase from Merchants On Main are separate charges and are not included in my refundable $50.00 reservation deposit. These additional charges are non-refundable once purchased, reserved, ordered, prepared, opened, delivered, or otherwise committed for my event. I understand that I am responsible for my merchandise, displays, equipment, signage, inventory, payment equipment, employees, contractors, and personal belongings. I will maintain a safe, clean, professional setup and will not block entrances, exits, walkways, emergency equipment, neighboring vendors, or customer traffic. I understand that all merchandise, displays, demonstrations, services, food, beverages, equipment, and activities are subject to approval by Merchants On Main. I am responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, insurance, inspections, or approvals legally required for my business or activities. I understand that I am responsible for any damage caused by me, my employees, contractors, guests, equipment, vehicle, merchandise, setup, or activities. Costs for damage, repair, replacement, excessive cleaning, or trash removal may be deducted from my refundable deposit. If those costs exceed the deposit, I remain responsible for the remaining balance. I understand that outdoor events are considered rain or shine unless Merchants On Main announces otherwise. Outdoor vendors are responsible for properly securing and weighting tents, canopies, displays, and equipment. Merchants On Main may delay, relocate, modify, suspend, or cancel activities when weather or other conditions create a safety concern. I understand that Merchants On Main is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended vendor property. To the extent permitted by law, I agree to be responsible for claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my negligence, misconduct, products, services, equipment, employees, contractors, or activities. I understand that my reservation is not final until this agreement has been completed, the required reservation payment has been made, and Merchants On Main has confirmed my event date and time.
